Women And Children Last

“We've waited eight years to make sure, but this is the perfect time to bring Murderdolls back to the world. We've got nothing to lose and nothing to prove. So raise your fist along with us mother fuckers, and sorry if you get a bloody nose along the way. It's about to get ugly! Women and children last!"

MURDERDOLLS Interviewed On FULL METAL JACKIE's Radio Show - July 22

Joey Jordison (SLIPKNOT, ROB ZOMBIE) and Wednesday 13 of the reactivated MURDERDOLLS were interviewed on the July 16-18 edition of Full Metal Jackie's nationally syndicated radio show. You can now listen to the chat using the audio player below.

To see a full list of stations carrying the program and when it airs, go to FullMetalJackieRadio.com.

JOEY JORDISON Says SLIPKNOT Will 'Absolutely' Record New Studio Album

Drummer Joey Jordison (SLIPKNOT, MURDERDOLLS, ROB ZOMBIE) was interviewed by Fuse TV's Mistress Juliya at a recent stop on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Watch the chat below.

When asked if there will be another SLIPKNOT record coming in the not-too-distant future following the recent passing of the band's bassist, Paul Gray, Jordison said, "Absolutely. I just wanna thank all the fans for their support on my loss. But there will be another record for sure."

Jordison made his live debut as a member of Rob Zombie's touring band on April 8 at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles.

Joey sat behind the kit for the "Gruesome Twosome" tour, which featured Zombie along with his longtime pal, Alice Cooper.

Rob Zombie headed into the studio earlier this month to record four new songs with his touring band, which includes Jordison. Zombie wrote that the new material is "some of the fastest and heaviest tracks we have recorded in a long, long time." The new music will be available in September, although Zombie did not say how it will be released.

New Video Interview With WEDNESDAY 13

On July 13, Shawn of Rockstar Radio (Hamilton, Montana's KBAZ-FM) conducted an interview with MURDERDOLLS vocalist Wednesday 13 at the Auburn, Washington stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Watch the chat below.

ROB ZOMBIE, ALICE COOPER, MURDERDOLLS To Tour Together In The Fall

"Metal Zone" host Nikki Blakk of the San Francisco, California radio station 107.7 The Bone conducted an interview with drummer/guitarist Joey Jordison (SLIPKNOT, MURDERDOLLS, ROB ZOMBIE) on July 11, 2010 at the Mountain View, California stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Watch the chat in two parts below. A couple of excerpts follow.

Q: What was it like working with Al Jourgensen [MINISTRY]?

Joey: Amazing. And actually I'm working with him again in the fall. Actually, not the fall — early next year. . . I just talked to Al the other day and we're gonna do something. I'm not sure if he's got a name for the project or if it's just gonna be a solo record, but it's gonna be the fastest thing that he's ever done, and it'll probably actually push me a little bit more, so it's gonna be interesting.

Q: So it's not gonna be a MINISTRY project?

Joey: It might turn into that; I don't know. We're just gonna write and it's coming out on 13th Planet [Jorgensen's record label], but that'll be next year.

Q: So you've actually already got the next year, pretty much, planned out.

Joey: Yeah, I've got the rest of this Mayhem tour with ZOMBIE, then I've got Ozzfest [dates with MURDERDOLLS], a couple of Ozzfests, and some solo [MURDERDOLS] shows over in Europe, come back, and then the fall is gonna be [a package tour featuring] MURDERDOLLS, ALICE COOPER [and] ROB ZOMBIE for the fall run, which is Gruesome... Well, it's not the Gruesome Twosome tour now, since the MURDERDOLLS [is gonna be part of the package]. So I'm [pulling double duty] during the fall [tour playing with both MURDERDOLLS and ROB ZOMBIE]. Then after that, November [will be] MURDERDOLLS [in] Europe, then — I think; I'm not totally sure — there might be some ZOMBIE stuff in December. Then after that's MURDERDOLLS all next year, besides the studio stuff with Al, and then we'll see where I'm at at that point.

Q: Isn't it weird for you to have the next year and a half year of your life just mapped?

Joey: Sometimes it's a little weird. Sometimes I sit back and I'm, like, "Man, have I completely lost my mind?" I mean, like, all the way? And sometimes I'm, like, I might have. But it's all I know. I mean, that's what I was put here for.

First **unconfirmed** "Halloween Hootenanny" tour dates featuring ROB ZOMBIE, ALICE COOPER and MURDERDOLLS:

Sep. 30 - Gibson Amphitheatre - Universal City, CA
Oct. 02 - AVA Amphitheater - Tucson, AZ

Women and Children Last is a dirty dose of whiskey-soaked riffs, satanically sleazy solos and infectiously invasive choruses. Which means it’s what the Murderdolls do best, but even better (and filthier) this time around.

Joey Jordison and Wednesday 13 tear through unforgettable tracks like "My Dark Place Alone,” “Death Valley Superstars,” “Summertime Suicide” and “Drug Me To Hell,” to name a few. Even though Joey's live role in Murderdolls is axe-slinging, his one-of-a-kind drumming fuels the album. Produced by Zeuss [Hatebreed, Shadows Fall] Women and Children Last exists in an evil little place tucked somewhere in a back alley behind the thrash, glam, punk and arena rock super highways, and Murderdolls have arrived to rip pop culture a new one. All you can do is sing along while they haul off your daughter…

Rock 'n' roll is dangerous again, thanks to Murderdolls and Women and Children Last, their sophomore album for Roadrunner Records.
